Gouda Pecan Spread
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Gouda cheese, finely shredded | |

| 1/4 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | finely chopped pecans | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, sour cream and pecans. Stir until mixture is creamy. Cover and chill for one hour. Serve with crackers.
